APPLICATION TO BECOME A DEALER

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Friberg Fine Art dealer. Our mission is to create a superior experience in sales, service and support of our products.

Terms of Agreement:

1. The Business must be a retail seller located in a legally zoned business district for retail traffic.  
2. The Business location provided on the application is the sole location approved to promote, display and sell Friberg Fine Art (FFA) product(s). Any advertising on the internet is for the sole purpose of drawing customers to your business location. All advertising, marketing and selling on internet sites such as: Amazon, eBay etc. is strictly prohibited.  
3. Dealers attest they are a retail seller and not a wholesale distributor.  Dealer agrees they will not sell, distribute or market any FFA products to or on Amazon, Ebay or to any other wholesale business, gallery, gift shop or the like.
4. First initial order must equal at least $500.00 wholesale exclude the shipping charges. Orders placed through the website, after the initial order we do not require a minimum amount per order, however there are certain products that require a minimum, please ask your representative for these products.  All orders faxed or emailed are subject to a $100 minimum.
5. Dealers may purchase any of the products advertised on the Dealer website; which displays the specific items and pricing available.  Dealers must log into their specific account to view the product(s) available.
