Please fill out this APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO USE COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL OF ARNOLD FRIBERG. Each and every request is reviewed by Friberg Fine Art, Inc. to ensure certain criteria are met including but not limited to:

1. All usage of the images must align with and uphold Judeo Christian values and beliefs.
2. The images cannot be used in a manner which contains subject matter which Mr. Friberg or Friberg Fine Art, Inc. may deem, at their sole discretion, in poor taste or to be disparaging to Mr. Friberg or Friberg Fine Art, Inc. or its products or services.
3. The images must be reproduced in their entirety and without alteration of any kind.
4. The images cannot be used to promote or endorse any specific religious and/or political belief or to sell their products, nor can they be used for advertising or inclusion in brochures or other sales materials.
5. Each image must contain a clearly visible copyright notice within the image indicating that Arnold Friberg owns the copyright: © Friberg Fine Art.
6. A credit line must accompany each image used: For more information on the Arnold Friberg images, visit www.fribergfineart.com. You may also join our affiliate program. That would give you a income for every referral that purchases through our website. www.fribergfineart.com/affiliate.
7. Each image used is subject to a “License Fee”.
